Some countries require police clearance and medical certificate.

Yes, transfer is possible but conditional on: equivalent academic system, recognized accreditation, and meeting target university requirements. Most universities recognize 30-60% of completed credits. We recommend contacting target university directly with academic transcript.

A 1-2 year gap is acceptable in most countries (Germany, Russia, Hungary, Cyprus). Beyond 2 years, some countries may request justification letter. UK is more flexible. Avoid lying about it - simply explain what you did during the gap (work, language study, etc.).
